Dr. John Hills earned his Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours from the University of Sydney in 2006, graduating at the top of his class. His academic excellence has been recognized through numerous awards, including the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Prize for Academic Achievement and the Sydney Levine Prize for Best Overall Performance in periodontics.
With 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Hills has spent the last 10 years serving the Lane Cove community, where he passionately provides comprehensive dental care for the entire family. His areas of expertise encompass dental sleep medicine, dental implants, and root canal treatments, reflecting his dedication to improving patients' oral health and quality of life.
As a long-time resident of Lane Cove for the past 15 years, Dr. Hills values the close-knit community and strives to meet its dental needs with compassion and meticulous attention to detail. Known for his calm demeanor and gentle approach, he ensures that every patient feels comfortable and well cared for during their visits.
A forward-thinking practitioner, Dr. Hills is an early adopter of high-tech dental technologies and consistently updates his practice with the latest equipment. He actively participates in continuing education courses to stay informed about advancements in dental techniques and methodologies.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys playing occasional golf. He also cherishes his weekends spent at home, unwinding with a glass of wine and listening to music, a perfect way to alleviate the stresses of a busy week.
Together with his wife, Bomi, Dr. Hills runs his dental practice with a commitment to excellence and a focus on family-oriented care.

Bomi brings a wealth of creativity and expertise to her role as Practice Manager at Cove Dental. With a strong academic background in Art and Design, she studied Textile Design at OCAD University in Toronto, Canada, before earning her Master's degree in Fashion Design from the University of Wales in England, as well as from Domus Academy in Milan, Italy. To complement her artistic training, Bomi has also completed a Practice Management course in Sydney, further enhancing her capabilities in the dental field.
Leveraging her passion for design and her keen eye for detail, Bomi oversees all design aspects of Cove Dental, ensuring a visually appealing and harmonious environment. Her vision has led to the creation of a modern and welcoming space that prioritizes patient comfort and tranquillity.
Known for her friendly and accommodating demeanor, Bomi strives to make every patient’s experience relaxed and enjoyable.Through her thoughtful approach to practice management, Bomi plays a vital role in fostering a nurturing atmosphere that reflects her belief that a calm environment can significantly enhance patient well-being.
